Job requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts including network topologies and protocols. Intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Windows Networking. Thorough knowledge of fire walling technology and VPN;
- Knowledge of routers, switches, hubs, NIC’s gateways etc.;
- Intermediate troubleshooting and diagnostic skills;

Nous recherchons un collaborateur avec une aisance bonne de la langue française parlé et écrit pour un département international de support technique.
Ce département a en charge le support technique des clients finaux de notre partenaire qui est un acteur majeur dans la sécurité informatique, et qui commercialise une gamme de produits combinant les technologies de pare-feu, d'antivirus et de détection d'intrusion.
Cet ingénieur de deuxième niveau assistera les ingénieurs de premier niveau dans la résolution des problèmes posés, de leur reproduction dans notre laboratoire de simulation, et dans la configuration des différents paramètres des systèmes.
Une formation technique intensive axée sur les produits de notre partenaire sera dispensée à l’issue de laquelle le candidat obtiendra la certification inhérente à ces produits.
