Datamex
What we did for them:
GoVo has helped Datamex, an IT company (60 FTE) from the town of Breda in The Netherlands, with selecting 3 IT companies in the Bucharest area. Datamex wanted to investigate the possibilities of outsourcing part of their development in .Net to Romania. Also GoVo was in charge of organising a low budget visit to these 3 IT companies in Bucharest.

Mn Services
What we did for them:
One of the top 5 leading Dutch pension funds, Mn Services visited Romania on their fact finding trip. Issues were the new Romanian Pension System and the different players in that model, and the level of investments. We selected and planned interesting conversation partners and we organised their visit to Bucharest. Talks with e.g. the Minister of Labour, responsible for the New Pension System in Romania, and the chairman of the Supervisory Board for Pensions in Romania were two of the five meetings we planned for them. Open discussions were held with the Romanians about the private pension system in Romania which will be in force starting 1st January 2007.
Of course, we also arranged some sightseeing and took care of good entertainment and catering, mixing business with pleasure.

What we did for them:
Green Field Project
Mr. Bogdan Voiculescu did the Project Management together with the Director of the company Van Beurden Carrosseriefabriek, Mr. Q.van Beurden. The company in The Neteherlands is one of the best producers of insulated car bodies having more than 75 years experience and two production units. The green field project took place in Bucharest. Buying the land and building up a production unit with all the implications – drawings, authorizations, relation with the Construction company, relation with the authorities and all the formalities connected with the people management which were involved. The entire project has been valued at around 2.3 million Euro in 2007.

What we did for them:
The company Insight Consulting is trying to approach the Romanian market. They have experience in Eastern Europe in reorganizing companies. When the company is growing, usually a new management method will be applied. We arranged for them three meetings at the decisional level of companies with more than 700 employees from the FMCG field.
